Hope you had a great weekend!! Mine was an absolute blast but I’m dead tired!! I’m soo not looking forward to getting back into the work week!

I caught a spin class early Saturday morning, and had half a banana and half a Clif Z S’mores bar before

Workout: Endurance Ride (60 minutes of nonstop biking – no rests!)

Totals: ~576 cals, 18.7 miles, 1:05 time

I came home, crammed the other half of the Z bar in my face, and then made myself a purple monster!

~1cup frozen spinach, 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop Biochem Vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries.

The rest of Saturday flew by!  I downed a huge salad and cinnamon almonds right before we had friends over for games…

then a bunch of us met up at Modmarket for dinner (Curry Split Pea Soup and half a Fig pizza),

before we headed out to Black Hawk casinos for Scott’s birthday!  The entire 4 hours we were there, Scott I lost a combined total of $29.  That included the price of dinner at ModMarket Open-mouthed smileOpen-mouthed smileOpen-mouthed smile.  Penny slots have a special place in my heart – they are easy on the wallet and you can still walk away with $60+ net gain (Scott’s friend walked away $80 happier with those slots!)

With the time change last night, we ended up in bed around 3am… needless to say today was a l-a-t-e start!  I deemed this morning a pancake day!

Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix, topped with sliced apples, peanut butter, shredded coconut, chopped cinnamon almonds, and maple syrup. This + coffee = heaven ❤ Smile.

Lunch was at 3pm, after 3 HOURS of house hunting (still no luck Sad smile) – another Hugh Jass salad with half a toasted whole wheat mini bagel and Popchips (so hungry I ate part of the bagel before I got a picture…).

Now it’s already 4:30, and I’ve still got a TON to do! I want to get in an hour of strength training at the gym, go grocery shopping, do laundry, find a replacement for my watch (it’s been dead for three days – I haven’t had the time to fix it but I feel weird not wearing it haha), cook dinner, and catch up to Scott who is miles ahead of me on “sleep”!
