I can’t even being to tell you how wonderful Keystone was this weekend!!  Our condo was absolutely amazing (and I think it was bigger than our apartment!), the weather was bright and sunny, and we basically had the entire snowshoeing trail to ourselves.

We got to our condo late Thursday night – not too shabby of a place if you ask me Open-mouthed smile.

Friday morning I started off with some coffee and overnight oats I packed before we left (topped with Kashi cereal and a packet of Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter:

The snowshoeing trail was a good 30-40 degrees the entire day!  I didn’t even have gloves on for most of it.

We totaled about 4.5 hours of snowshoeing, and then headed back to rest up and cook up a nice dinner Smile.  A lean cut of steak, potatoes, and broccoli (for me lol).  Paired with a bottle of wine Open-mouthed smile.

Our anniversary isn’t even until tomorrow, but it was definitely worth getting an early start to the weekend and beating all the traffic/skiers up and down the mountain.  Plus, now we have another two days to celebrate Open-mouthed smile.  I don’t think we’re doing much more (we spent enough money on the condo and everything), but dinner and a movie, looking at more houses, and just relaxing sounds per-fect!

Have a great Saturday!!
